These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by Renée, trading as The Reset Room Wellness. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

I provide mobile auricular acupuncture, acupressure, and wellbeing services, including the NADA 5-point protocol, ear seed, and magnet sessions. Services are offered at your home, workplace, or approved group setting.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made via my website, email, or phone.

• Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

• Sessions will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Travel Fee

• As a mobile practitioner, time is reserved especially for your appointment, including travel to your chosen location. To respect both your time and mine, please note the following cancellation terms:

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: The full session fee will be charged.

  • Prepaid packages: Refunds are only offered in exceptional circumstances and at my discretion.

  • Travel: Free within 5 miles of Woodford Green and a small travel fee of £2 per mile is required over 6 miles or more.

4. Health and Safety

• You must provide accurate health information prior to your session via consultation forms.

• Treatments are complementary therapies and do not replace medical advice or treatment.

• If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please consult your GP before booking.

5. Mobile Visits

• You are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible space for mobile sessions.

• I reserve the right to postpone or cancel a visit if the environment is unsafe.

6. Liability

• Services are provided in good faith to support wellbeing.

• I am not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the treatments, except where caused by negligence.

7. Personal Data

• Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, in line with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is my property and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

• These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
