In your Energetic Healing session, I dowse to gently assess your energy field and highlight areas that may need extra support. This works alongside ear acupuncture points to help support and bring balance across the body and mind. Dowsing acts like a way of “listening” to your energy, helping to bring awareness and harmony to the session. Together, these methods encourage your system to release stress, restore balance, and support natural healing.

Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive an online consultation form to complete in advance. I also offer a free consultation via Zoom if you’d prefer to meet face-to-face before your session. Any further instructions will be attached to your booking confirmation.
