  • Distance or remote auricular acupuncture works by connecting to the body’s energy fields without the need for physical needles in the body. It is a safe, non-invasive method that uses intention and energy healing principles to stimulate ear points and support balance in the body and mind.

    Distance healing offers many advantages, making it a wonderful option for your sessions. It's convenient and accessible, saving you the need to travel. This is especially beneficial for those who are in pain or are housebound, ensuring that healing is available to everyone, no matter their location.

  • Dowsing is an ancient practice with a history that dates back thousands of years. From ancient cave drawings to its widespread use across cultures, dowsing was a trusted method for locating underground water, minerals, and other resources. Today, this traditional art has evolved into a powerful healing tool, used today to intuitively identify and clear energetic imbalances in people and environments.

    In your treatment, I dowse to gently assess your energy field and highlight areas that may need extra support. This works alongside the NADA protocol, a five-point treatment on the ear that supports balance across the body and mind. Dowsing acts like a way of “listening” to your energy, helping to bring awareness and harmony to the session. Together, these methods encourage your system to release stress, restore balance, and support natural healing.

  • Subtle body alignment is a gentle energetic practice that works with your body's subtle energy field to clear blockages and restore balance. It helps to release stagnant energy, balance emotions, and support your overall well-being. This practice is completely safe, non-invasive, and deeply restorative.

  • Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive an online consultation form to complete in advance. I also offer a free consultation via Zoom if you’d prefer to meet face-to-face before your session. Any further instructions will be attached to your booking confirmation.

    At the scheduled time, simply set aside a quiet space at home where you can relax undisturbed. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable, open, and ready to receive the healing.

  • During the session, you may notice gentle tingling in your ears or body, or simply a deep sense of calm. Afterwards, it is common to feel relaxed, lighter, or even a little tired — this is just your body adjusting to the healing process. In the days that follow, many clients report feeling more focused, enjoying better sleep, and experiencing reduced pain or tension.

  • It is best to rest for a few hours after your session, or for the remainder of the day if possible, so your body can integrate the healing. Avoiding alcohol, heavy foods, or stimulants is recommended, as these can interfere with the restorative process. For clients seeking the NADA protocol for addiction recovery, it is understood that this may not always be possible — please don’t worry. The treatment can still offer benefit and support your journey.

This consistent support helps your system acclimate to its new, balanced state, leading to more profound and lasting results.
